"I believe every student deserves the opportunity to develop a passion under the tutelage of a talented, knowledgable and enthusiastic teacher, who truly cares about the individual's progress. Private training should not only be technical but also fun and creative to best explore each student's full potential in music, math, or language arts. Private lessons allow for complete individual attention without the distractions and compromises of a classroom setting. Teachers are able then to design personalized lessons which cater to each student's unique learning pace and style preference to best encourage him/ her musically, academically and personally." |

Joe Ferrante Music Academy adopts a performance based philosophy, meaning that each teacher is a public music performer and not only an academician. The recital program at the academy enhances this philosophy, as recitals are offered monthly at a local Seniors Home in Old Town Monrovia, and twice a year at Awards Recitals, where both students and teachers perform before 600-700 local attendees. |
